Ermenegildo Giusti , wine entrepreneur, has chosen to join the project of Paolo Lai, Treviso restaurateur and owner of Le Beccherie, the cradle of tiramisu, through the opening of the Casa del Prosecco and the great wines of Montello , named Ai Soffioni Proseccheria Giusti, which opened its doors in early June right in the heart of the city.

Giusti's is an investment for the promotion of a well-rooted tradition in the city and its province, of very lively places that have a lot to tell and of what is hidden behind these identifying wines. Opening such a place in the pulsating center of Treviso, which is attracting more and more tourists, is an enormous opportunity to introduce Prosecco Superiore and the red wines of Montello, from Bordeaux blends to Recantina.
