The curtain opens with the voice of Fabio Sartor, in a monologue that has the winemaker as its underlying theme. We are talking about heroic winemakers because, even today, the tradition has remained so over time in various areas of Italy where the farmer's temerity has overcome environmental problems and achieved excellent results. The music of Maestro Ennio Morricone , arranged by Massimo Scattolin for guitar, the violin of Paolo Tagliamento and the string orchestra of the young talents of the Venice Dream Ensemble , then conquer the scene. We start with “Il vino e l'uva”, composed for the film “Everyone's fine” by Giuseppe Tornatore. We continue with “Spaghetti western” , a medley of songs that have truly made the history of cinema. These are the themes that have contributed to making Sergio Leone's films immortal. With a grand finale dedicated to "Love Themes" , a medley that is a hymn to love, with some of the most beautiful love themes written by the Maestro for many films, in a wonderful harmony between the emotion of the images and the pleasure of listening. To close with "Here's to You", the ballad composed and performed by Joan Baez as part of the soundtrack of the film "Sacco e Vanzetti". The concert ends and, waiting for Christmas, the tasting tables open in the foyer for a big toast. Eight heroic labels from wineries from the regions of Veneto, Basilicata, Sardinia, Sicily and Greece will be tasted, accompanied by the sweet excellences of Loison. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the non-profit organization "EVERY DAY for Emma"
