DiVinNosiola 2024

The “DiVinNosiola” event is also back in 2024, promoted by the Vignaioli del Vino Santo Association in collaboration with Vignaioli del Trentino, Casa Caveau del Vino Santo, Slow Food Trentino Alto Adige Südtirol and Garda Trentino. Within the event, pride of place goes to the ritual of pressing the Nosiola grapes, with a view to full sharing with the territory and those who live there. But there will be numerous events included in the rich program of this event which will echo from the Valle dei Laghi to Trento, and precisely to Palazzo Roccabruna, where on Thursday 21 March an evening of tasting the Vino Santo, the typical product that tells the story of the Valle dei Laghi, the people, the land and the culture. The weekend will continue with a series of proposals (tastings, presentations and shows) which will undoubtedly involve industry experts and technicians from the world of wine, but will aim to involve an increasingly wider audience, bringing them closer to Vino Santo as a product that introduces and launches the Valle dei Laghi in the Italian wine market but also as an element inextricably linked to the territory and its traditions, history and community. Vino Santo tells of the ability to wait, the knowledge of the earth, the elements of nature, the work of men and women who work with their hands and with a passion that can be seen in every bottle. Furthermore, throughout the month of March, thanks to the collaboration with the restaurants of the Valle dei Laghi, themed dinners will be organized in the presence of the winemakers and the Trentino restaurants of the Slow Food Alliance chefs will offer dishes paired with the Nosiola and Vino Santo products by the Vino Santo Winemakers Association.
