Corciano Wine Castle

From 3 to 5 October 2025, the houses of the medieval village will host the tasting stand of Trasimeno wines, together with street food and traditional Umbrian dishes.

From Friday 3 to Sunday 5 October 2025, the companies of the Consorzio Tutela Vini Doc Colli del Trasimeno will gather in the medieval village of Corciano (Perugia) for the thirteenth edition of Corciano Castello di Vino . The event, organized by the association of the same name in collaboration with the Consortium, promotes the local wine and food heritage, contributing to the recovery and restoration of the artistic works of the small town.

Every year the initiative attracts thousands of residents and tourists to Corciano thanks to a rich program that features wines from the Trasimeno Gamay variety, along with other native and traditional vines. The tasting stands will be set up inside cellars, basements and other spaces made available by the inhabitants of the village, while the gastronomic specialties can be tasted at the local street food stands and at the Taverna del Duca, which will prepare a wide range of typical Umbrian dishes for the occasion.

Access to the stands is permitted every day starting at 6:00 pm.

Corciano Castello di Vino 2025 is also made possible thanks to the support of the Umbria Region as it is part of the plan to enhance quality regional wines, in collaboration with Umbriatop Wines (CSR Umbria 2023-2027 intervention SRG 10 application no.: 54830001969).
