Cocco...Wine 2024 - Cocconato d'Asti Friday 30, Saturday 31 August and Sunday 1 September

The preview evening will feature the cellars of the Municipality of Cocconato, now united in the Consortium.

Two appointments to note in the diary:

at 6.30 pm there will be an in-depth guided tasting en primeur on the 2022 vintage of Barbera d'Asti Superiore di Cocconato, reserved for the press and professional operators (for those who wish to receive information, write to stampa.eventi@gowinet.it)

At 7.45pm the " Coconut Living Room…Wine" will take place: it will be hosted by the Marchetti Gastronomia in Piazza Cavour with the collaboration of Chef Igor Macchia of the La Credenza Restaurant - 1 Michelin star. This event marks the active presence of Alberto Marchetti in Cocconato (a name known in particular in the artisanal ice cream sector) who has invested in the historic center of the municipality with some taste venues.

The Salotto represents a moment dedicated to the table with the flavors and wines of the Cocconato cellars which this year will be embellished by the collaboration between Chef Igor Macchia of the Ristorante la Credenza - 1 Michelin star (whose CV we attach) and Alberto Marchetti .

Each Cocconato winery will present its own Barbera d'Asti and a favorite wine in a special wine shop. The wines can be paired with dishes designed for the occasion, also enhancing the flavors of the territory.

The evening will take place in two shifts: 7.45pm and 9.30pm.

Risotto with peppers, parsley, anchovies by Igor Macchia, La Credenza Restaurant

Sliced chicken breast by Alessandro Varesio, potatoes, miso sauce by Igor Macchia, La Credenza Restaurant

Dessert by Alberto Marchetti

We attach the booking coupon; the public can choose between two formulas:

that is, a single dish €15.00, or the complete menu €25.00.

Dessert will be included for both formulas.
