On Friday 11 August , from 18.00 to 24.00 , Cantina Tramin will welcome the public for La Notte degli Aromi 2023 , the usual food and wine event of the summer. Participants will be able to taste the wines of the Termeno company and the dishes elaborated by the chefs of the Wen Japanese Restaurant in Bergamo according to a path of pairings designed to intrigue and satisfy all palates. The 2023 edition was conceived to illustrate to the public the symbiosis between Alpine elegance and the olfactory richness of Cantina Tramin wines and Asian cuisine, characterized by the alternation of delicate flavors and more decisive and spicy features. For example, Nussbaumer Gewürztraminer 2014 will be offered with shrimp and edamame sticks in phyllo dough , accompanied by a slightly spicy sweet and sour mayonnaise. The inviting sashimi of tuna, salmon, amberjack and scampi, on the other hand, will be served with Glarea Chardonnay 2021 , while the sushi selection will be presented with Selida Gewürztraminer 2022 . “Our wines demonstrate a gastronomic vocation capable of going beyond traditional territorial boundaries – explains Wolfgang Klotz , commercial director of Cantina Tramin -. As a cooperative company we have the task of creating meeting opportunities between producers and the public capable of surprising and expanding not only the knowledge of the products but also the tasting experiences". The large range of wines will be enriched by the old vintage of the Stoan 2014 blend and will be completed with Pepi Sauvignon 2022, Marjun Pinot Nero 2021, Moriz Pinot Bianco 2022 and Roen Gewürztraminer late harvest 2022, all paired with a course of cooked, raw, vegetarian or meat base. The musical selection by Dj Veloziped will make the atmosphere of La Notte degli Aromi even more pleasant and engaging. Admission is free and reservations are not required
