Campania Excellence Evening dedicated to Braceria

On October 16, the "Evening dedicated to the Braceria": the protagonist is a selection of carefully selected local meats.

After the great success of the event dedicated to craft beer, the meetings dedicated to the culinary tradition and the best products of Southern Italy continue at Excellences Campane and Verace Sudd . The " Evening dedicated to Braceria " will be held on Friday 16 October from 7.30 pm at the headquarters in via Brin in Naples. The venue allows a wide availability of spaces, which have been organized in full compliance with health regulations to best meet the needs of the public, in compliance with the safety protocols provided for by the Dpcm of 13 October 2020.

The menu , designed specifically for the occasion, will offer a trio of gourmet sandwiches consisting of a sandwich with pulled pork and crispy salad with chef's sauce, homemade hot dog from Marche with barbeque sauce and potatoes, and a sandwich with smoked cooked ham and buffalo mozzarella.

Followed by two dishes with a strong but refined character, grilled suckling pig with a side dish of farmer's potatoes and sliced Rump Steak, a first choice cut of beef. To finish with a flourish, a sbrisolona with figs and chocolate will be served as a dessert.

To introduce guests to this unique experience for the palate, an expert in the sector will participate in the event, Sabatino Cillo , master butcher of the homonymous company, an excellence of the territory known for the quality of its meat, obtained thanks to the constant control of production chain. At 20:30 Cillo will present the tasting process and the assortment of Cillo chain to guide the public to discover its extraordinary flavors.

There will also be musical accompaniment on the theme, with Umberto Bizzarro's sax performance.

From Friday to Sunday there will also be a 20% discount on the purchase of all the products of Macelleria Cillo, an opportunity not to be missed to be able to relive the taste experience offered by Excellences Campane and Verace Sudd at home.
