" Classic " refers to a product that lasts over time, which has a well-established tradition and a consolidated production methodology. Colline in Bolle - Review of the Best Classic Methods of Lombardy aims to enhance these wines that identify an entire region, enhancing the differences between the various Lombard wine-growing areas: from Mantua to Varese, from Bergamo to Brescia and from Milan to Sondri. It is a new and unprecedented event in Lombardy, a real discovery.

On 28 and 29 October 2023 , Villa Mirra di Cavriana (MN) will host the event, organized by La Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori Mantovani in collaboration with ONAV Lombardia , a place located in the heart of the Colline Moreniche denominations of the Alto Mantovano and Garda Classic Method . This area has a long tradition of Classic Method, as well as other areas of Lombardy.
