For the Councilor for Employment and Training of the Piedmont Region Elena Chiorino “ Biella is an all-Italian excellence that today needs to rediscover its identity: water. This precious natural element that flows abundantly from the springs of the area has made our products unique, such as, among others, good beer and the finest yarns. Initiatives like this with a strong identity character are precious allies for the territory in stimulating passion and pride in their natural peculiarities. Craftsmanship, taste and creativity: these are the greatest resources that Biella possesses and on which it distinguishes itself. Bolle di Malto is an example of this: from 2015 to today, the event has taken on national importance, bringing over 100,000 visitors to the last edition alone and transforming the city into the beating heart of Italian craft brewing”.
“ With the seventh edition of Bolle di Malto - declares Raffaele Abbattista , organizer of the event - a new phase begins, that of maturity. Aware of the work done to date, we have decided to tell the true essence of a voluntary association, a third sector body, whose sole purpose is the enhancement of the common good and social inclusion.
In fact, through an event like Bolle di Malto, which has tourism and the promotion of the area from a food and wine point of view as its objective, it can be seen that at the base there is the desire to overcome every barrier to achieve true social inclusion that allows people to be valued and put at the center, always. Hence the birth of the claim of this new edition "What noise does happiness have?"; we asked ourselves this because we deeply believe that happiness should be the common place (like a square) capable of expressing the freedom of the individual and the love of life in all its forms. I want to underline that we are proud that an event born with solid non-profit roots can generate prestige and representativeness of our territory, of the artisans and of all those who work in the food and wine sector. I personally believe that the balance between no profit and profit represents the highest form of participation capable of generating well-being for the community. If Bolle di Malto continues on its path of growth as a reference event in the Italian brewing sector, as we hope, we will work ever harder to achieve a great goal in 2025 (Bolle di Malto's tenth birthday): to become an international beer exhibition. We thank the institutions, the institutions, the private sponsors and all those who continue to be by our side. We are waiting for you in Biella, always, forever, free admission” .
