Bagnanti Wines 3rd edition

  • 15/06/2026

The Righteous Workshop, Sensory Path, and Food Area, plus 50 wineries from around the world - June 20th at the Riva degli Etruschi Resort in San Vincenzo

There are now just a few days left until the third edition of Vini Bagnanti , the event dedicated to artisanal wine and the story of the territories which on Saturday 20 June will transform the private beach of the Riva degli Etruschi resort in San Vincenzo (LI) into a large tasting trail by the sea.

Fifty winemakers from Italy and abroad will take part in the 2026 edition, supported by a rich program of activities dedicated to sustainability, food culture, and direct dialogue with producers.

The growing interest in the event is confirmed by the sold-out Laboratorio del Giusto, the limited-entry event curated by Slow Wine and La Banca del Vino di Pollenzo that will explore the ethical and social aspects of wine production.

Following the success of the first two editions, which attracted over 1,000 participants, Vini Bagnanti returns with an even more comprehensive program, developed in collaboration with Slow Food Condotta Costa degli Etruschi, Slow Wine, the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, and the Pollenzo Wine Bank.

The underlying theme of the event will be the concept of "Right," which will lead to a journey that explores the relationship between wine, environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and production identity , focusing not only on the final product but also on the work of the people who work in the world of taste every day.

For this new edition, the tasting experience will be accompanied by a series of collateral activities designed to explore the relationship between wine, the environment, and food culture.

  • Sensory journey with interactive workshops and tastings by the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo

  • The Giusto Workshop, on the terrace of the central park, organized by Slow Wine and the Wine Bank of Pollenzo

  • A food area will complement the resort's five restaurants with refreshment points selected by the Slow Food Costa degli Etruschi convivium.

  • Thematic areas designed to encourage direct dialogue between producers and the public, highlighting the stories, production approaches, and identities of individual companies.

The selection of participating wineries, overseen by Teseo Geri, follows very specific criteria: territorial identity, sustainability, production consistency, and attention to the human and cultural value of wine. This approach is perfectly in line with the philosophy of Riva degli Etruschi, an organization that has been promoting an integrated model of hospitality, agriculture, and sustainable food culture for years.

The wineries will come not only from Italy, with a strong focus on Tuscany, but also from abroad, with companies from Spain, Hungary, Slovenia, Greece, and Argentina , offering a picture with an international scope and strongly linked to the diversity of the territories and production cultures.

Riva degli Etruschi, with over 60 years of history, today represents an integrated system of hospitality, agricultural production, and gastronomic culture deeply rooted in the territory.

The resort extends across 35 hectares of parkland and agricultural land, with over 8,000 trees and shrubs, more than 400 accommodations, five restaurants, an organic farm, and sustainable wine production.

The resort's on-site produce includes vegetables, ancient grains, the Val di Cornia purple artichoke, a Slow Food Presidium—of which the resort is one of Italy's leading producers—extra virgin olive oil from Tenuta Biliotto, and the Riva degli Etruschi wine range, developed under the guidance of Michele Satta and designed to showcase the region.

It is precisely from this vision that Vini Bagnanti was born, an event where wine, food, landscape and gastronomic culture dialogue naturally , transforming the beach and the resort into a meeting place and discussion between producers, operators and enthusiasts.

Participating in Vini Bagnanti also means experiencing the resort in its entirety, from its hospitality to its culinary offerings.

The over 400 accommodations, including hotel rooms, villas and residences, welcome a diverse audience, while the resort's five restaurants offer different experiences:

Mariva Dune – fine dining

Nautical – seafood cuisine

Mistral – Tuscan cuisine

All'Orto – zero-mile offering with products from the resort's organic farm

Magù – restaurant & pizzeria

The entrance ticket, which can be purchased online on the Vini Bagnanti website, will cost €20 and include a glass, a personalized wine strap, unlimited tastings, and access to the sensory experience.

The Laboratorio del Giusto is sold out.

Theseus Geri

There is great anticipation for this new edition of Vini Bagnanti, especially for the selection of winemakers that includes the participation of a Lebanese company—despite the difficulties of the war—winners from Champagne, confirmations from Hungary, Mucha Cosa from Spain and, obviously, a lot of Italy: from Alto Adige and Franciacorta to Sicily, including the islands.

It's a rare opportunity for wine lovers and others to connect with producers, taste good wine, and have fun enjoying the sea and the wonderful energy the event generates. If three is the perfect number, this third edition will be our best yet!

Vieri Mantelli

Marketing & Revenue Director of Riva degli Etruschi

Vini Bagnanti reaches its third edition and does so with the awareness of those who want to not only organize an event, but rewrite the rules of hospitality.

Three years ago, we decided to challenge the unspoken nature of traditional hospitality, transcending the concept of a structure as an exclusive place, separated from its surroundings. We chose to be an open ecosystem, a laboratory of excellence where sustainability isn't just a slogan, but the only possible language.

We selected producers and partners not based on market logic, but on their elective affinity with our core values. In this context, wine ceases to be the end and becomes the means: a powerful, almost ancestral vehicle for conveying strong messages. Thanks to the synergy with Slow Food and the University of Pollenzo, this year we are showcasing the concept of "Righteousness," which transcends the glass. Don't expect an academic masterclass: wine will be the voice that tells a long and profound story of social redemption and environmental respect.

Vini Bagnanti, as a whole, is an event that proclaims its identity: that of a region that never compromises on its values. For the 2026 edition, we aim to surpass the 2025 attendance, not because of sheer numbers, but because we want our message to reach as far as possible.

Vini Bagnanti collaborates with Slow Food Costa degli Etruschi, Slow Wine, the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, and the Wine Bank.
