From 16th to 25th May in collaboration with the Valle dei Laghi Biodistrict, with the Autonomous Province of Trento

Office for organic production and with Cantina Toblino we organize the Festival of Agricultural and Food Biodiversity. The event, which celebrates the National Day of Agricultural and Food Biodiversity scheduled for May 20, born with the aim of promoting agricultural products in danger of extinction, also Slow Food presidia, will be inaugurated on Friday May 16 at 6 pm at Cantina Toblino.

The meeting will be an opportunity to discover the details of the program full of meetings, experiences in nature, workshops with the school, training and information events including the round table "La Nosiola oltre il tempo" in which the knowledge of this native vine of the Valle dei Laghi will be deepened, the only native white grape vine of Trentino, at risk of genetic erosion.

The exhibition “La Nosiola tra Arte e Scienza” created by the artist and winemaker Emanuele Marchesini will be inaugurated next. With his works, the artist has made the impossible possible: the conservation of bunches of grapes immersed in epoxy resin, preserving their shape and color over time.

At the end, an aperitif with Nosiola accompanied by local products.
