The Tommasi Winery, to celebrate the 120th anniversary, has launched a bottle of Amarone Special Edition, born from the exclusive collaboration with Seletti, a leading company in Italian design. A partnership that talks about wine and design, two stylistic figures of Italian creativity, which use a common language: family, style and quality. This bottle of Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG is embellished with an entirely porcelain label, which in the lines reproduces the first historical Amarone label of the Tommasi family.

AN ALCHEMY CHILD OF TIME: DARK CHOCOLATE WITH BALSAMIC ACETAIA GIUSTI

From the creativity of the chocolatier and pastry chef Gianluca Fusto and the innovative spirit of Acetaia Giusti, a historic Modena company, comes Alchimia, the chocolate made with cocoa beans aged inside exhausted balsamic vinegar barrels. Alchimia reinterprets the traditional chocolate, as the main ingredient is not chocolate, nor is it vinegar: the main ingredient is Time, through which the ingredients mature, transform and take on new life.
