The streets, squares, and courtyards of the historic center of Ardesio, in the heart of the Bergamo Orobie , are preparing to welcome the 22nd edition of Ardesio DiVino , the food and wine fair that will return to liven up the village on August 1st and 2nd 2026 with tastings, meetings, music, and events dedicated to the culture of taste.
Organized by ADIVÌ APS , this year's event confirms its commitment to showcasing Italy's food and wine heritage through an experience that combines conviviality, tradition, and discovery. For two days, producers from across Italy will take visitors on a journey through wines, cured meats, cheeses, desserts, and other artisanal delicacies, sharing the work, passion, and care that goes into each product.
The 2026 edition will pay homage to Pellegrino Artusi , considered the first great narrator of Italian cuisine. This year's theme will be dedicated to recipes as an expression of culture, memory, and identity , in a journey that intertwines flavor and storytelling. This journey is enriched by the collaboration with Casa Artusi of Forlimpopoli, an organization committed to promoting the recognition of Italian cuisine as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
A PROGRAM OF FLAVORS, TRADITION AND CULTURE
The event will kick off on Friday, July 31st at 8:45 pm with the traditional and eagerly awaited Cena DiVina , the festival's first major social event, hosted at the Albergo Ristorante Da Giorgio. The evening's protagonists will be Ardesia chefs Gilles, Alberto, and Davide, who will take the audience on a gastronomic journey inspired by the recipes of Pellegrino Artusi (reservations required).
Saturday 1st (from 12.00 to 21.00) and Sunday 2nd August (from 10.30 to 20.00) The historic center of Ardesio will come alive with stands, tastings and meetings with selected producers, winemakers and artisans of taste , and with the exhibition of all the products at the Enoteca DiVina with a selection of wines from the producers starring in the 22nd edition.
Numerous events will enliven the two-day event. It begins on Saturday the 1st , at 3:30 pm , in the Town Hall Council Chamber (Piazza Monte Grappa), with the now traditional Guided Tasting of the Luigi Veronelli Permanent Seminar : a sensory journey, led by Andrea Alpi, Training Manager of the Luigi Veronelli Permanent Seminar and curator of the Gold Guide, to discover a selection of "Sole" wines, the prestigious award given by the historic Guide to labels, chosen from thousands of samples tasted, whose "tales in the form of wine" represent the expertise, creativity, and commitment of their respective producers (reservations required). The event continues at 4:30 pm at the Alpini Park of the Casa Museo with the free cooking workshop by the Mariette di Casa Artusi : an opportunity to literally get your hands dirty and discover the techniques and secrets of the Italian gastronomic tradition. The day concludes, starting at 7:30 pm , under the marquee in the post office square, with the traditional Ardesio Mothers' Dinner , which this year will be enriched with suggestions and recipes inspired by Pellegrino Artusi's cookbook.
On Sunday, August 2nd , at 10:30 a.m. , the Mariette of Casa Artusi will return with a second free cooking workshop at the Alpine Park of the Casa Museo, while from 12:30 p.m. , the Piazzale delle Poste will host the traditional Alpine Lunch organized by the Gruppo Alpini di Ardesio . In the afternoon, at 5:00 p.m. , the Palcoscenico Letterario will present “Vite, Voci, Vino,” a theatrical reading by Teatro Minimo. Together with Casa Artusi, the reading will lead us on a discovery of Pellegrino Artusi, intertwining texts by great authors and live music in a poetic and engaging tale dedicated to wine and its stories. The day concludes with the Popular Dinner, again from 7:30 p.m., under the marquee in the Piazzale delle Poste.
Local music to tell the story of the region
The soundtrack for Ardesio DiVino 2026 will be provided by "Musica a Km0," a project designed to showcase local artists and musicians through free concerts held throughout the village streets.
On Saturday, August 1st , throughout the day, singer-songwriter Jahnet Beccarelli will perform in a duo with Mauro Tasca, the Sindaco Acoustic Guitar Band led by Enrico De Paoli, pianist Luca Balduzzi, and the acoustic duo The Pizza's Orphans, with repertoire ranging from singer-songwriter to international rock. At 8:30 pm, in the Town Hall square, the grand finale will feature Colpi di Soul and their captivating tribute to soul, funk, and pop.
On Sunday, August 2nd, the musical awakening will feature the international sounds of Giuseppe Jos Olivini and the Indian spiritual chants of Bhajanam. In the afternoon, the original sounds of Katastrophé, the experimental sounds of the Japa Mala Duo, the acoustic reinterpretations of Sveva & Fabio, and the solo piano of Lorenzo Zani will take center stage. The event will close at 8:30 pm in the Town Hall square with the Diego Ghenzi Trio, who will perform a tribute to great Italian singer-songwriters, from De André to Guccini, from Dalla to De Gregori.
