Italian Wine Rosè Brachetto

Description of the wine:
The uniqueness of Brachetto d'Acqui is given by its natural sweetness and spicy aroma, in all three types produced: Red, Rosé and Sparkling Wine (made with the Charmat or Martinotti method).

Organoleptic characteristics:
This wine has a crimson or bright ruby red color with purple glares, its perlage is fine and persistent, the scents remind of ripe fruit and rose, in the mouth it is soft and captivating and characterized by a low alcohol content (minimum 11,5 °).
Serving suggestions:
Excellent with unripe or dried fruits (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds). Its traditional coupling is with dessert cones.
Production area:
26 are the municipalities allowed to produce this denomination, including eight in the province of Alessandria and eighteen in the province of Asti, all between Acqui Terme and Nizza Monferrato.
Grape varieties allowed for its production: Brachetto 100%.
