Trebbiano di Valentini is the only one Trebbiano in the world able to resist ten, even twenty years in the greatest vintages.
It is not clear, on the contrary, is the most opaque of the available wines (so to speak) on the shelf of a wine shop. It can be seen immediately that it is not filtered, nor concentred, nor leavened, nor barricaded, nor harassed in any way.
It has a lively straw yellow color. Its aroma is rich and various, of apricot, medlar, white plum, yellow flowers, mace and leather that closes on a "charming" spicy note.
The taste has a full and immediate balance, that does not compromise its longevity. Its fruity acidic flavour, happily married with its excellent softness, is important.
Vinified and aged in oak barrels of 50hl.
