Italian White Wine Trebbiano

Description of the wine: The Trebbiano d 'Abruzzo wine is the only white wine in the region to which the DOC was recognized. This wine must be produced exclusively from grapes of the hilly areas that should not exceed five hundred meters above sea level (with the exception of six hundred meters for the vineyards facing south). Organoleptic characteristics: The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo wine shows an intense straw yellow color and has a characteristic aroma with delicate and intense scents. In the mouth it is dry, full-bodied, velvety and harmonious. Serving suggestions: Appetizers, first and second courses based on fish and local dishes. Production area: Territories in the provinces of Chieti, Teramo, L'Aquila, Pescara. Grape varieties that are allowed to produce it: Abruzzo Trebbiano and / or Bombino Bianco and / or Trebbiano Toscano at least 85%. May contribute: grapes from other non-aromatic white grape varieties suitable for cultivation in the entire territory of the Abruzzo region, alone or in combination up to a maximum of 15%.
