WINE - MAKING: Manual harvest in plastic
Grapes are harvested when fully ripe grapes
Vinification of the individual, soft pressing of the grapes with separation of the must from the skins, then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (18-20C)
Ageing in stainless steel tanks
Bottling in the spring and aging in bottle for at least a month
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES:
Colour: straw yellow with light green reflections Bouquet: fruity, varietal, with notes of passion fruit, box elder and Taste: fresh, full-bodied and persistent enveloping
MATCHING: To be consumed fresh, at a temperature of 10-12C. Accompanies fish dishes, white meats and grilled vegetables.
