Sensory/emotional features: of bright straw yellow color, special for its fine bubbles soft and lively at the same time, leaving in the palate a pleasant sensation of fruit and floral notes.

Serving temperature: 10–12 C. It should be served in a bucket with water, ice and salt to keep the temperature constant.
