Type: still white wine.
Color: intense straw yellow with light golden hues.
Aroma: at your nose the green note opens to a complex and intriguing fruit reminiscent of ripe apple and banana.
Taste: in your mouth powerful but soft, ripe fruit returns with a light hint of butter.
Typical food pairings: perfect with aperitif and with appetizers, soups and dishes based on fish or white meat.
Storage: it keeps its characteristics for more than 1–2 years; like all the wines it should be stored in a cool place (below 18 degrees) and with low light, not subject to high changes of temperature.
Harvest: late August or early September, hand harvest in crates.
Winemaking: soft pressing of the whole clusters, cold settling of the must, fermentation of the clear juice at controlled temperature for about 30 days and then racking.
