The Ribolla Collio has a pale straw yellow colour with green hues. Its bouqurt is reminiscent of tomato and elderberry leaf combined with peach and tropical fruit. The taste is fresh, elegant and persistent. It goes well with seafood, pasta with fish and white meats.
