Rubinara is the ancient name of the Acacia tree, a type of shrub very present in the territory of the company.
The wine is made with Garganega grapes coming from the vineyard in Rovolon locality, in the Euganean Hills.
Of straw yellow color, it has a dry, full–bodied and persistent taste in your mouth. Its aromas are those of fruit, with hints of golden apples and flowers. Strong is the smell of elderberries. Ideal with fish, excellent as an aperitif.
