Wine
Color straw yellow with green reflections. It is a great wine: fine, delicate, intense fragrance reminiscent of wild flowers, dry, fresh, soft and velvety, with a distinct flavor of bitter almond, very round, medium alcohol and acidity content. Wine to be drunk young, for a slight aging is well advanced by a few days the harvest. Ii is one of the best wine of Friuli wine growing.

Excellent as an aperitif , in Collio area is 'the classic aperitif wine.
On the table is an excellent accompaniment to fish dishes, but also with grilled white meats.
Particularly suitable to accompany the local ham, even when lightly smoked.
