 
                        
                                Obtained from Chardonnay grapes vinified on the estate. These particular grapes are harvested very early, in fact, in the second half of August. The must obtained from soft pressing is filtered and then fermented at a temperature of 16°C, to maintain the typical aroma and velvety flavor intact. Pleasantly lively, with a fresh taste, excellent as an aperitif. Grape varieties: • Chardonnay Organoleptic characteristics: • Color: pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. • Aroma: typical of the grape variety, floral, with hints of unripe fruit. • Flavor: velvety, fresh, lively. Food pairings: Excellent as an aperitif and to pair with appetizers, first courses, fish, shellfish and delicate meats. Serving temperature: Best served young and chilled at a temperature of 8°C. Alcohol content: 12% vol.
