Colour: light with greenish hues or straw yellow from light to more intense; 
Smell: simple, floral, consisting basically of primary and secondary aromas. In case of use of some vines the aromatic component evolves in the tertiary aromas characterized by them; 
Flavour: slightly acidic so as to favour a slight salivation. In the case of evolution of
tertiary aromas presents a specific persistent aftertaste; 
Total alcoholic strength: minimum 10.00% vol; 
Minimum total acidity: 4.5 g/l; 
Minimum non–reducing extract: 16.0 g/l
