Bouquet: floral and fruity, with delicate notes of fresh fruit, with slight memories of exotic fruit. Elegant and persistent. Taste: harmonious, full, slightly aromatic, soft, but with a hint of fresh acidity. Pairings: It goes to the starters, white meat, and fish dishes in general. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 C.
