It is a wine with agreeable notes at the sense of smell of white fruits and yeast. Its taste is pleasant thanks to its moderate alcoholic content that makes it particularly interesting for the whole meal.

Bouquet: delicate with floral and fruity scents;
Taste: fresh and lively, slightly sweetish and harmonious.
Food pairings and serving temperature: excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with Risotto with vegetables, fried food in general, fish dishes. Serving temperature: 8–10C.
