Vineyards: planted with Guyot, located in the hills, average age 15 years, no use of herbicides.
Vinification: hand harvesting, soft pressing of grapes, fermentation in steel for 7/10 days, second fermentation in autoclave.
Wine description: straw yellow color, fine and persistent perlage, hints of apple, banana and white flowers.
Serving temperature: 6/8°C.
Food pairing: excellent with appetizers and light pasta dishes.
