Vineyards: planted with Bellussi, located in the valley, average age 20 years, no use of herbicides.
Vinification: hand harvesting, pressing the grapes, fermentation in steel for 7/10 days, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle.
Wine description: straw yellow, medium–fine and persistent perlage, hints of ripe apple and bread crust.
Serving temperature: 6/8°C.
Food pairings: recommended for the whole meal, to decant gently to avoid the turbidity due to the presence of a slight coat on the bottom of the bottle.
