Sensory analysis, a wonderful "combine" between a marked varietal aroma and a flavour enhanced by bubbles. Lively, delicate and rich in fruity aromas of apple and pear; with a particular scent of citrus that fade into floral. Serving Suggestions: perfect as an aperitif but, for its fullness, especially throughout the meal and, of course, in times of celebration. Serving temperature: serve at a temperature of about 7–9°C.
