Sensory/emotional features: a light wine, fruity and with floral notes, very pleasant both between meals and during the whole meal.
Food pairings: excellent with starters of salami and fish, first courses with vegetables, simple second courses. To try with Polenta and seared Sopressa and apple fritters.
Serving temperature: 6–10 C, it should be served in a bucket with water, ice and salt to keep the temperature constant.
