Its perlage is fine and persistent. Complex bouquet with aromas of average maturity apple combined with a hint of bread. It concludes with a minor note of vanilla. On the palate, is dry, full, silky and long finish. Perfect as an aperitif, paired with hors d'oeuvres, first and second dishes especially seafood.
