Colour: straw yellow with light green hues. Perlage: very fine, continuous, persistent, fine mousse and compact. Bouquet: delicately immature fruit (pineapple, pear, apple, apricot), with a slight vein plant (star anise, celery, fennel), white flowers (citrus fruits, acacia, lime), spicy (coriander and pink pepper), of pan brioches with light vanilla and a hint of sweet almond, walnut and cherry qualified in the core of honey and lavender.
