Nose: ripe red berries and blacks (raspberry, cranberry and black currant, black cherry and wild cherry) slightly immature red apple and quince, floral, with hints of spice and citrus, especially candied orange peel and with a slight hint of almond. Taste: dry, high and fine structure and a balanced acid content, soft and persistent with a good minerality. Aftertaste that reinforces the perception of red fruits and a pleasant perception of vanilla.
