Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections. Perlage: thin, continuous and persistent foam with a good consistency. Nose: rich and delicate, with hints of slightly immature fruits (pineapple, red apple and pear), kiwi and grapefruit and white flowers, citrus fruit, candied lime peel, honey and toasted bread crust which end in a vanilla . Flavour: excellent harmony, soft and well-balanced acidity with a delicate texture and a long finish. The taste confirms the olfactory sensations with fruity and floral notes that amalgamate to a feeling of vegetality.
