Colour: straw yellow. Foam: compact and persistent. Perlage: fine, continuous and persistent. Nose: very elegant and complex, is rich in sensations of exotic fruits and ripe, with notes of pineapple, pear Williams and with a hint of quince, flowers, from lime with chamomile, lightly toasted hazelnuts that ends in a note vanilla, acacia honey, with delicate notes of toasted crust of panettone. Taste: excellent texture and cremosit, soft, fruity and with a nice vein of acidity well integrated with the wine's structure, long and persistent with notes of white fruit, vegetable slightly balsamic and final torrore hazelnut aftertaste.
