Colour: bright pale yellow. Rich and abundant foam with a fine and persistent perlage. Smell: Slightly floral, elegant, high intensity, medium notes of yeast and freshly baked bread. Taste: structured but soft and creamy while its taste is dry, fruity, long finish and balanced.
