Colour: straw yellow with medium intensity marked green vein, foam textures and fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet: to prevail are the sensations green, fresh lemongrass to (leaving in the glass, chamomile) and fresh fruit straight and clean. Taste: bone-dry, the only concessions to the sweet are the memories of fruit and a light end of vanilla, the acidity is sharp, strong and persistent.
