Color: intense yellow gold with a slight hint of green, abundant froth and perlage medium fineness. Perfume: to stand out are obvious, and sustained, hints of crusty bread, biscuit, nuts (toasted almonds in particular) supported by the most delicate of golden apple and pear wrap, and has considerable wealth. Taste: fresh and sour sensations are balanced by a soft (by vanilla and, rather than on the nose, ripe apple) that fills and grows with your palate, the final mouth but back to be scathing and aggressive.
