Straw-greenish perlage. Beautiful nose of grapefruit, loquat, almond green and lemon verbena. Foam of good quality and distinguished body subtly citrusy taste. Vinification in stainless steel tanks, barriques and 400 liter oak barrels, then 2 years in bottle on yeast.
