Bright yellow straw coloured. Smell oriented on yellow fruit, beeswax, bergamot and fragrant tones in exemplary fusion. Trim citrus and fruity taste, tempered by a rich texture and complex perlage well made. Steel, then 24 months on the lees. Fried fish.
