Notes for degustation
Aspect: Bright and creamy, with a rich foam and fine bubbles
Aroma: Intense with notes of fresh citrus and pink grapefruit, fine crispy pear-like aroma
Flavour: Elegantly mineral, savory, fresh fruity note and fine flowery taste
Temperature: Bottle 6-8, uncork gently and pour in glasses for prosecco, in two successive stages.
Alcohol: 11% Vol-15g / l of residual sugar, acidity 6g / l
Points of strength: 'hand made' wine, made with passion, in an eco-friendly way and in a highly suited territory.
Characteristics of the territory
Climate: Mediterranean, fresh temperate, 1200mm of rain, significant temperature variations between August and September, windy hills.
Altitude: 100m sea-level.
Soil type: Sweet and irregular relief formed by glacial deposits which go back to the Wurmian era, the western part of the vineyards are moraine sediments.
Position: Hilly, steep, with drainage system and embankments, slopes 20%.
Exposure: Sweet hills north and south, with vineyards located in the east and west sides.
Vinification and aging
Type of Harvest: Completely by hand with selection of grapes, in the country and during the harvest.
Vinification: Soft pressing, separation of musts, fermentation with control of temperature.
Fermentation: with the Valdobbiadene method, 80 days in an autoclave.
Packaging: Cases of 6 bottles of 0.75l/9.4kg
