Straw yellow coloured wine; fine and persistent perlage, with creamy foam. On the nose has a fruity bouquet reminiscent of apple and peach, with rose, acacia hints and a burning citrus lemon sensation. On the palate is dry, lively and harmonious with carbonic progressive process. It suit well as an aperitif and with fish dishes.
