Straw yellow coloured wine, fine and persistent perlage. On the nose has wisteria, acacia, rose and fruity apple and white peach bouquet. On the palate is feateured by a full - bodied, round and well-balanced falvour with a progressive and delicate carbonic process. It suit well as an appetizer and with soups of vegetables and seafood, pastas with delicate sauces, meat, cheeses and meats, poultry.
