Sensory/emotional features: Syrah has an intense ruby red color, very fruity, has an intense and fruity aroma, with hints of small sun–ripened red berries and spices, where black pepper stands out. In the mouth it has good structure and persistence, it is soft and pretty cool.
Serving suggestions: ideal with roasted meats and game, to be tried with cuttlefish stew.
Serving temperature: 14–17 C.
