Type: still red wine.
Color: intense ruby red with violaceous hues.
Aroma: at your nose a scent of jam of ripe red fruits like cherry and raspberry explodes.
Taste: it enters powerful, flavorful and full–bodied with a alcoholic elegant note reminiscent of geranium.

Storage: it keeps its characteristics for more than 3–4 years; like all the wines it should be stored in cool places (below 18 degrees) and with low light, not subject to high changes of temperature.
Harvest: end of September by hand harvest in crates.
Winemaking: maceration of the grapes before fermentation in tanks at controlled temperature and atmosphere for about 8 days, trigger of the alcoholic fermentation through selected yeasts; another 15 days of maceration of crushed grapes in which, through the practice of the delestage, seeds are extracted.
