From the beautiful countryside of Dorilli, between the sea and the Hyblaean mountains, our Cerasuolo di Vittoria arises. The name of the only DOCG of Sicily comes from "Cerasa", cherry in Sicilian dialect. It is obtained from the indigenous varieties Nero d'Avola and Frappato. It is a unique wine, recognizable and memorable for its youth flavors and its aromas of cherry, strawberry and pomegranate, due to the peculiarities of the soil and the climate in which the grapes are grown. A wine that, as few, combines tradition and pleasure of wine. COLOUR: Ruby red with black cherry shades. AROMA: Typical of the wines of Victoria. Aromas of ripe pomegranate, small red berries, strawberry, cherry, prickly pears and fruit candies. Very personal and recognizable, the most territorial of our wines. TASTE: The tannin, soft and balanced, gives a fresh acidity.
