Intense ruby ??red. The nose intense and persistent with an immediate hint of spice that highlights the pepper, followed by hints of berries, vanilla and coffee. The palate has a nice roundness and is in perfect keeping with the sense of smell. It goes well with dishes succulent, tasty first, second and decided by cooking rich in flavors, roasted red meats.
