Red wine with garnet colour with intense aromas of red fruit, delicate hints of bitter almond and cherry aftertaste. Powerful in the mouth, warm, harmonious, long-lasting, spicy with a good tar. The wine, which occurs in February, is made, with particular attention with a soft pressing of the grapes the more possible. After the maceration that lasts almost two months, and the natural rest, passing oak aging in medium / large barriques for 7 years. During this time other alcoholic fermentation takes place which allow to obtain a dry wine of great structure and complexity.
