Barbera classic, fragrant, soft and very drinkable. Aromas of fresh red fruit, currants and raspberries recall, in the end, the grass cut and liquorice. The palate is well balanced, good body and a long finish. It should be served at 18 ° c in goblets of medium size combined with pasta dishes, white and red meats, medium-aged cheeses.
