The Moscato vine variety, the most fragrant and sweet from those got from grapes of Piedmont, give rise to a very sweet, a drink after a meal. The grapes are close to the plant until the first week of November, because of course they can lose the water leaving the higher concentration of sugar. Only the best grapes, healthy and fragrant, can be expected so the harvest is manual.
